Refund policy

Effective Date: June 27, 2026

At Quantinasaas, every product is custom-made specifically for you after your order is placed. Because of this made-to-order process, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons unrelated to manufacturing or fulfillment errors.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us review your request, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of:
    • the product
    • the packaging
    • the shipping label
    • the defect or damage

If your claim is approved, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Returns We Cannot Accept

Because every item is produced specifically for each customer, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Change of mind
  • Accidental orders
  • Color or appearance differences caused by monitor or device settings
  • Minor manufacturing variations within normal production tolerances

Manufacturing Variations

Our products are manufactured by trusted production partners. Minor variations may occur, including:

  • Print placement
  • Print scale
  • Garment measurements within normal manufacturing tolerances
  • Fabric texture
  • Stitching
  • Product finishing
  • Color variation between digital mockups and the finished product

These normal production variations are not considered defects.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders enter production quickly after they are placed.

If you need to request a cancellation or modification, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to help, we cannot guarantee changes once production has begun.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider and financial institution.

Lost or Stolen Deliveries

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Quantinasaas is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package was delivered incorrectly, please contact the carrier and notify us as soon as possible so we can assist where appropriate.
