All products are custom-made to order through our trusted manufacturing partners before they are shipped.

Processing Time

Orders typically enter production within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully processed.

During holidays, promotional events, or periods of high demand, production may require additional time.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times vary depending on your destination and selected shipping method.

Typical delivery estimates are:

  • Canada: 3–10 business days
  • United States: 3–10 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

These estimates begin after production has been completed.

Shipping Carriers

Orders may be shipped using one or more reputable shipping carriers depending on destination, product type, and fulfillment location.

Tracking information will be provided whenever available.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple products, items may be manufactured at different facilities and may arrive separately.

Additional shipping charges will not be applied for split shipments unless disclosed during checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their local authorities.

Quantinasaas Inc. has no control over these fees and cannot estimate their amount.

Delivery Delays

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

  • other events beyond our reasonable control

We appreciate your patience should delays occur.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address may require additional shipping charges before they can be resent.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, contains manufacturing defects, or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Photographs and supporting information may be requested to help us investigate and resolve the issue.
